I've put up a revised resumé if anyone is interested. I've decided to publish it in what is probably the most accessible file format in existence, text/plain. I came across two very interesting interviews on ONLamp.com, both by Federico Biancuzzi. The first is RMS: The GNU GPL Is Here to Stay - Richard Stallman commenting on the ongoing value of the GPL and some things which need to be considered for GPLv3. Particularly interesting to me are his comments on how GPL3 will address concerns over patents (on page 3) and Trusted Trecherous Computing (on page 4). The second is ESR: "We Don't Need the GPL Anymore. I disagree with the gist of Eric Raymond's arguments, but his discussion of having free tools to access one's data, even when it is imprisoned by proprietry applications, is valuable.
