More and more companies are feeling the pain of patents. I can only laugh as one by one the world discovers what a thorn in the side patents are. Patent reform is not far away. It'll be long and arduous, but it's definitely coming.

I met a girl on the flight between Vancouver and Los Angeles on my way back from Canada. Her name is Amanda and she's a Jeweller running her own business. She was on a holiday to Australia, starting in Sydney but likely to be visiting Brisbane. We talked all the way to LA then split up to go on separate flights.
